Online Permitting Portal

The City of Rogers recently transitioned to a new online license and permitting system. The portal offers the ability to apply for large-scale developments, lot splits, sign permits, building permits, business licenses, and mobile vendor permits, among others. You can upload plans, schedule inspections, and make payments online.

Account Setup

You will need to create an account by visiting the Portal. The email you use to create your account will need to match what we have on file in our system in order for your permits and/or licenses to show up. If you need assistance, please call City Hall at 479-621-1117 to be directed to the correct department. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a contractor or architect that will have multiple people accessing the portal you will need to create a group email that you will be responsible for maintaining and when those contacts create an account they will need to use that group email address.

Payments

Payments can be made via the portal by eCheck or Credit Card (except for American Express). Service fees do apply on all payment methods.
