The Rogers Aquatics Center offers three options for group events: Group Discount, Birthday Party Package or After Hours Party Package.

How do I get the Birthday Party Package?
Fill out the reservation form and either email, fax (479-986-8581), mail or bring by during office hours. A birthday cake may be brought into the park. You may bring balloons, party table cloth and a banner to decorate your pavilion. We ask that you refrain from using paper streamers and other decorations that could blow into the pools and disintegrate. Check out our FAQ page for further information.

What does the Birthday Party Package include?
- 2 Hour Pavilion Rental
- 15 Park Passes which covers the birthday child, 2 parents and 12 guests. Additional guests will be charged at the group rate of $6 per person.
- 15 Beverage Tickets
What are the pavilion times that I can choose in the Birthday Party Package?
Monday - Saturday
11 pm to 1 pm, 1:30pm to 3:30pm, 4pm-6pm
Sunday
12noon-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm
What is the cost for the Birthday Party Package?
The cost is $250.

No After Hours Party Reservations for the 2021 Season
How do I book an After Hours Party?
Fill out the reservation form and either email, fax (479-986-8581), mail or bring by during our office hours.
Corporation, Church and Group Full Park Rental Form:
What does an After Hours Party include?
- A full staff of lifeguards (20-24)
- Complete and private access to all attractions in the waterpark for up to 1000 guest
- You may cater your event privately or we can open our concessions department for your event, offering inexpensive meal and snack

What times can I schedule an After Hours Party?
Monday - Saturday
7:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.
Sunday
6:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
What is the cost for an After Hours Party?
The cost is $3,000.00 for two hours and $1,200 for an additional third hour.

How can I get a group discount for the Rogers Aquatics Center?
Fill out the reservation form and either email, fax (479-986-8581), mail or bring by during our office hours. Purchased with one transaction by cash, check or credit card. We require that all members of the group come at the same time. Please see our Group Reservation FAQ page for further information.

What are my options and cost?
- 12 or more guest - $6 per person for 1 day admission.
- Summer Camp/Day Care Group of 50 or more - $5 per person for a 2 hour time slot. Available times: 11:00am-1:00pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm. This option requires reservations made at least a week in advance and wrist bands provided by the Summer Camp/Day Care. Call for more information 479-936-5482!
- Add a group Meal Deal - $5.00 per person. Includes your choice between a hot dog or slice of pizza along with chips and a drink.
When can I use my group discount at the Rogers Aquatics Center?
- Group discounts for 12 or more people are available daily. No group discounts are available on Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day.
- Summer Camp/Day Care discounts are available only Monday through Wednesday and are not available on holidays.
