City Council
The Rogers City Council is elected at large and is charged with the legislation of laws affecting the City of Rogers. City Council meetings, as well as all board and commission meetings, are open to the public. Email the City Council.

A proposed detachment and annexation between the City of Rogers and the City of Cave Springs is under consideration. Legislative action is required by both Rogers City Council and Cave Springs City Council. Below are the initial ordinances passed by both cities.

An in-person public hearing will occur on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at Rogers City Hall, located at 301 W. Chestnut St., Rogers, Arkansas. This public hearing is for Cave Springs Ord No. 2024-04 calling for the simultaneous detachment and annexation of lands currently located in Rogers, Benton County, Arkansas. Municipal officials of the proposing city or town, officials of the city or town in which the lands are located, and property owners within the area proposed to be detached and annexed may appear at the public hearing to present their views on the proposal.
