PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER 5/10/2024 ALL APPLICATIONS FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH STAFF PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED NEW UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE. ANY APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WHERE STAFF HAVE NOT BEEN CONSULTED FIRST WILL BE SET ASIDE AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE CONVERSATION OCCURS. IF SAID CONVERSATION WITH STAFF DOES NOT OCCUR PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE PROPOSED NEW CODE, THE APPLICATION WILL BE DEEMED VOID AND A NEW APPLICATION PURSUANT TO THE NEW CODE MUST BE FILED.
