Battalion Chief Clint Bowen


Battalion Chief Clint Bowen graduated from Rogers High School in 1992 and attended Northwest Arkansas Community College.  His passion for public service led him to take courses in Criminals Justice, Fire Science, and Paramedicine.  He was hired on with the Rogers Fire Department in December of 1997 as a Firefighter/EMT.  He completing paramedic school in 2001.  On June 16, 2005, Clint was selected as a new member of the Technical Rescue Team.  Chief Bowen promoted to the rank of Captain on June 18, 2006.  In his time with the Rogers Fire Department, Chief Bowen has served on the Technical Rescue, Regional Hazmat, and Special Operations teams, serving as Coordinator during different times.  He was also one of the inaugural members of the helicopter-based water rescue squad created in conjunction with the state's Urban Search and Rescue Team and the Arkansas National Guard.  In January of 2021, he was promoted to the rank of Battalion Chief and assigned to the Field Operations Division as the Tour Commander for A-Platoon.
