REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST

Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified consulting firms for engineering services for Job No. 090721: Arkansas State Hwy. 62/Hwy. 94/Hwy. 12 Sidewalk Impvts. (Rogers) (S).
The work will generally consist of providing engineering services that include environmental review/documentation, preliminary engineering, plan preparation, specifications, cost estimates, and construction/as-built engineering for the three sidewalk projects. The project shall conform to the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT).
The project is a Federal-aid Carbon Reduction Program Attributable (CRP>200k) Project and all work will be reviewed and approved by ARDOT.
Interested firms must furnish a Letter of Interest, together with Primary contact information and Architect-Engineer Qualifications Standard Form 330 Parts I and II (https://www.gsa.gov/forms-library/architect-engineer-qualifications).
Responses must be received at the address below or to no later than 4:00 p.m. (CDT), Tuesday, April 16, 2024, to the following:

The consultant selection for this letter of interest will follow the ARDOT's Local Agency Consultant Selection Procedures. After a review of all letters of interest received, selected firms will be furnished with a scope of work and be requested to submit proposals for accomplishing the work.
