NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Rogers, Arkansas hereinafter referred to as the “Owner” for performing the work as outlined below and set forth in the Bid Documents.  Bids will be received as described below and publicly opened and read aloud.

Bidding documents may be downloaded from City of Rogers website (https://www.rogersar.gov/concrete_bid) beginning Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
***Addendum 1 added June 12, 2020. 

A virtual pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 2p.m. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting but are not required to attend. The Owner reserves the right to receive and accept bids regardless of the pre-bid conference being held.

WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS:
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of the opening of proposal without consent of the Owner.

          AWARDS AND/OR REJECTION OF BIDS:         

The Owner reserves the right to award the project in any manner that is deemed in his best interest, or to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.  Proposals which fail to comply fully with any provision of the Project Manual and other Contract Documents may be considered invalid and may not receive consideration.

This invitation does not commit the Owner to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of bids.
