Invitation to Bid

The City of Rogers Parks Department is accepting bids for the purchase of 75 Nautical Curveback Chairs, Color - Sand and 50 Nautical Armless Chaise Lounges, Color – Sand, Not Assembled to be placed at The Rogers Aquatics Center.

Bid specifications are available on the city website www.rogersar.gov or may be picked up from between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday beginning Thursday, January 09, 2020 at Rogers Activity Center, 315 W. Olive, Rogers, AR  72756.  Questions regarding this bid should be addressed to Wendy Jones at 479-631-3350.

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2020 and should be addressed to the City Clerk @ 301 W. Chestnut, Rogers, AR 72756, in a sealed envelope marked Rogers Aquatics Center/Chairs.

Bid opening will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2020 in the Community Room at Rogers City 301 W. Chestnut, Rogers, AR 72756.

The City of Rogers Arkansas reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and accept any bid or proposal it deems favorable to the best interest of the City.
