1. Do you have discount offers?

Yes! We have 10-punch discount splash passes offering a 20% discount off the regular purchase price. Splash passes are not specific to an individual.  Also, our twilight admission from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. (Mon - Sat) at $10 above 48" and $6 under 48". 2. I have small children, can they wear inflatable flotation like water wings?

We ask that you have them wear a non-inflatable means of flotation like a life jacket or buoyancy swimming suit (inflation sewn in and is permanent). Foam bubbles that attaches with a belt is ok too! ** Inflatable water wings, rings, bubbles, and rafts will not be permitted.**

3. Can I bring food or drink into the park?

No, we do not allow any outside food or drink into the park. We do, however, allow you to exit the park to have a picnic on our designated picnic grounds or enjoy one of Rogers' many fine restaurants. Just make sure you get your hand stamped for re-entry!

4. What are the height requirements for the slides?

The tall body slides (Hawk's Nest Falls) and speed slides (tree Top Drop) require that sliders be 48" (4 ft.) or above.

5. Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, let our group Sales department help you find the best option! We offer small group discounts, birthday packages, large groups of 100 or more, and business/corporate options. Call 479-936-5482 for more information

6. Can I wear street clothes to swim?

We do suggest that appropriate swim attire be worn while playing in the park. We cannot allow regular clothes on any of the slides. No jeans, cut-offs, or thongs will be permitted. No suits, shirts, or hats with rivets, buckles, snaps, or zippers are allowed on the slides. No cotton t-shirts will be allowed on the slides (they stick to the slide!).

7. Do you require swim diapers?

Yes. Any child under 3 yrs old must wear a swim diaper of some kind. We provide disposable children's swim diapers inside the park for $2 each.

8. Do you have concessions inside the park?

Yes! We have plenty of food items to satisfy even the biggest appetites! Ranging from beverages and ice cream, to cheeseburgers, nachos and pizza! check out our concessions menu on our website.

9. Do I still have to pay if I'm only going to watch someone and not swim?

Yes, everyone who enters the park must pay gate admission. There is no way to separate or regulate those who are not using the attractions.

10. What if it rains while I'm in the park?

Our severe weather policy states that all sales are final. While we hope to keep our park open once we open the gates, there may be times that foul weather moves in and it becomes necessary, for the safety of our guest, to close the attractions either temporarily or for the remainder of the day.

11. May I smoke or use smokeless tobacco in the park?

No. We ask that you refrain from using any kind of tobacco products inside the park gates and on the grounds of Dock Wheeler Park. All of our city parks are smoke-free - Ordinance 36-2-12

12. If I leave the park can I re-enter?

Yes, but you MUST have your hand stamped before leaving.

13. Do you have locker rooms/changing facilities?

We do have men's and women's changing areas, as well as showers and lockers available. Each locker cost $.25 every time it needs to be locked.

14. Do you have lifeguards on duty?

Yes. All of our lifeguards are American Red Cross certified, including First Aid and Professional Rescuer CPR.

15. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discovery at the admissions gate and at concessions.

16. Do you have a retail store?

YEs! we offer sunscreen, kid and adult goggles, lifejackets and puddle jumpers, and fun Wet Willy T-shirts for sale!
