Poplar Street Closed from 6th to 7th Street 

Poplar Street between 6^th and 7^th Streets will close Monday, November 21 starting at 7:00 A.M.  Water and sewer lines will be installed in this area.  Closure will last one day.  Detour signage will be available at the closure location.
