Bicycle Facility Improvements Continuing on 13th Street in Rogers
As part of the Downtown revitalization plan, safe bicycle network improvements are being made on 13th Street between Oak Street and Walnut Street. These improvements will add a paved trail, trees and other landscaping, as well as resurface the road. The work necessitates the relocation of utilities. A full closure with detours will begin today, April 17th and will continue through May 2024. Local traffic and emergency vehicles will have access.
These improvements are part of the 13th Street Bicycle Facilities Improvement Project, which will create safe bicycle facilities along 13th Street for a main north/south arterial bicycle network.
