Free Public WiFi Now Offered at Two Rogers City Parks

ROGERS, AR-- Mayor Greg Hines is pleased to announce free public WiFi is now available at two city parks. This is intended to help students find reliable internet during the pandemic.
Those locations include Maple Grove Park located at E. Oak St. and S. Arkansas St.and Tower Park located at 1501 S. 11th St.
Due to the pandemic, there’s an increasing need for internet access for students since a large portion of instruction has taken place in a virtual environment.
“In an attempt to enhance access to WiFi and additional options for those students who are learning online during the pandemic we are excited to offer free WiFi in two of our city parks. We will look to expand to other parks in the future.,” said Mayor Hines.
In addition to the two parks, free public WiFi is also available at City Hall, Rogers Public Library, Rogers Historical Museum, Adult Wellness Center, and the Rogers Activity Center.
