The 13th Street Bicycle Facilities Improvement Project begins on Monday. This will create safe bicycle facilities along 13th Street for a main north/south arterial bicycle network. The initial phase brings a southbound lane closure on 13th Street between Walnut Street and Poplar Street, beginning Monday, October 30th. This traffic pattern is estimated to last through December.
The scope of the entire project will range from Walnut Street to New Hope Road and includes the installation of a roundabout at 13th Street and Poplar Street. The project is estimated to be done in the spring of 2025.
