A new Rogers Christmas Village will fill Frisco Plaza on December 1st from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the Rogers Christmas parade. It is the first of hopefully many more years where Railyard Park and Frisco Plaza will be used to expand the holiday festivities in downtown Rogers. The parade theme is “All Things Christmas”. Local artists and makers have the opportunity to sell their Christmas themed items at this vendor market. There will be 35 vendor booths decked out in Christmas lights and four food trucks. Patrons will also have the opportunity to take photos with Santa and the Grinch in a free photo booth from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Dancers from Ballet Westside Dance Studio will perform dances from the Nutcracker from 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Rogers Christmas Parade begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday, December 1st in Downtown Rogers. The parade will follow its customary route beginning at 5th Street and Poplar Street and then proceeding through the heart of downtown, down 1st Street and Walnut Street. Residents and visitors are welcome to enjoy the parade and vibrant holiday atmosphere of downtown Rogers at any point along the route!

Parade entries will compete for trophies in four categories.

  • “Spectacular Sparkles Award” goes to the entry that presents an outstanding display of lights or other type of illumination.
  • “Elfin Magic Award” goes to the entry that most impressively features children.
  • “Glory of Angels Award” goes to the entry that best illustrates a religious theme.
  • “Knock Your Stockings Off Award” goes to the entry with the most outstanding use of the parade theme.

The Rotary Club of Rogers and the Rotary Club of Downtown Rogers will coordinate this popular annual event managing float entries, parade lineup, and judging. The Rogers New Technology Interact Club is also supporting the parade with dozens of volunteers as one of their community service projects.

The parade is sponsored by First National Bank of NWA and these organizations are partnering with the City of Rogers to showcase the community's holiday spirit.

Come celebrate the holiday season in downtown Rogers with the Rogers Christmas Parade and the exciting new addition of the Rogers Christmas Village! The City of Rogers, along with our community partners, value the Rogers Christmas Parade, its traditions and its future. We look forward to seeing the community of Rogers in downtown on the first Friday of December.

“Every year, the Rogers Christmas parade brings our community together in a wonderful display of tradition and holiday spirit. It's a time when our town truly shines, and we come together to celebrate the joy and togetherness that defines this special season. I couldn't be more excited to see our streets filled with the festivities again this year. I encourage everyone to join us in downtown Rogers for this cherished event. Let's make this year's parade the most memorable yet!”

- Rogers Mayor Greg Hines
