Rogers Aquatic Center is now hiring for all summer 2022 positions. Make your summer count by joining an enthusiastic team that makes the Rogers Aquatic Center a top of the line water park experience! Open positions include:
Water Safety Staff
Main duties include ensuring guest safety through water surveillance and scanning, enforcing park rules, provide outstanding guest service, respond to emergencies on land and in the water and provide first aid care as needed. Lifeguards rotate to a variety of positions throughout their shifts, including dispatch positions, seated positions, roaming positions and water positions.
Admissions Staff
Duties include welcoming guests, selling and/or collecting tickets, scanning passes, selling merchandise, operating a Point of Sale cash register, handling large amounts of cash, making change, stocking and taking inventory, and providing outstanding customer service to our guests.
Food Service Staff
Duties include preparing and serving food according to Arkansas Health Department standards, operating a POS (cash handling) register, collecting payment, making change, keeping concessions areas clean and sanitized, unloading/stocking inventory, interacting with the public and providing outstanding customer service to our guests.
