[ARCHIVED] City of Rogers, Community Clinic and Rogers Activity Center Partnering to Offer Vaccine Clinic

December Clinic

The City of Rogers, in partnership with Community Clinic and the Rogers Activity Center, will offer a vaccine clinic on Friday, December 17th.  Getting vaccinated is still an important choice to protect ourselves, those close to us and to stop the spread of COVID-19.

At the clinic, Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available for anyone who has not had their first or second dose, ages 5 and over.  Pfizer and Moderna booster doses will be available as well, for ages 12 and over.  Vaccination cards are required to show proof of previous doses and that the recipient has passed the six month time frame needed to receive a booster dose.  No proof of age is needed for ages 5 to 17, but parent or guardian presence is required.

The clinic will operate from noon until 4pm that day in the north gym at the Rogers Activity Center, 315 W Olive St.  No appointments necessary. No cost to the patient.
