[ARCHIVED] City of Rogers and Community Clinic Announce Second Series of Vaccine Clinics

Vaccine2

The City of Rogers, in partnership with Community Clinic, will be hosting a second series of COVID-19 vaccine clinics. Following a successful series of mobile clinics this summer where over 500 doses of vaccine were administered, four more dates are set up for the remainder of September.

September 23rd · Rogers City Hall 301 W. Chestnut St · 4pm to 7pm

September 25th · Railyard Park 102 E Walnut St · 1pm to 4pm

September 27th · Rogers Activity Center 315 W Olive St · 4pm to 7pm

September 30th · Rogers Public Library 711 S Dixieland Rd · 4pm to 7pm

The mobile vaccine clinic at the Railyard Park on September 25th will be located at the corner of 1st St and Walnut St and coordinates with Frisco Inferno and other downtown festivities that day.

No appointments are necessary and there is no cost.

Participants will be able to choose between Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. First or second doses will be given, so those in need of a second dose can receive it. Please bring the vaccine card from your first dose. Vaccines will be available for persons ages 12 and older. Those from the ages of 12 to 17 will require a parent or guardian to be present.

Transportation support will come through the Community Development Block Grant. Those interested in participating in one of the clinics that need a ride may be able to have one arranged by calling in advance. To request transportation assistance, please contact Donna Johnston CDBG Administrator at 479-621-1121.
