The Rogers District Court had to consider the following when making these decisions: the safety of court staff, attorneys, law enforcement, and the public, the availability of personal protective equipment of the Court, physical limitations of the Court’s physical facilities, the policies of the Arkansas Department of Health, the policies of the City of Rogers regarding their facilities, current Per Curiam Orders of the Arkansas Supreme Court, the current policies and restrictions facing the Benton County Jail and its staff, and the Court’s ability to use current Court processes and newly available technology to resolve cases on it’s docket without an appearance by the Defendant.
