[ARCHIVED] Rogers Water Utilities (RWU) announces lobby closure for Tuesday, March 17

In an effort to protect the health of our customers, the Rogers Water Utilities (RWU) main lobby will be closing on Tuesday, March 17, until further notice. Drive-through service will remain open for customers.

RWU would like to remind customers of the following payment options that require no in-person contact:

  • Automatic Bank Draft
  • Telephone Payments (833-362-3803)
  • Payments by Mail (P.O. Box 338 Rogers, AR 72757)
  • Website Payments (www.rwu.org)

Please note that telephone and website payments will incur a convenience fee from the service provider.

Persons who wish to stop, start or transfer their service will need to contact RWU.

The Arkansas Department of Health has activated a call center specifically dedicated to answering questions regarding the coronavirus. During normal business hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), those with urgent and non-urgent concerns may call 1-800-803-7847. After normal business hours, those with only urgent concerns needing immediate response may call 501-661-2136.

Any suspected case (with symptoms) of COVID-19 should be reported to ADH immediately by calling 501-537-8969 (Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or 1-800-554-5738 (after hours and weekends).
