ROGERS, AR--- Show your appreciation for Lake Atalanta Park by volunteering on April 20th. Help pick up trash around the lake. Visit educational displays and learn more about the park and the water resources of Northwest Arkansas. The event will take place at Clark Pavilion at Lake Atalanta, 500 E Walnut Street in Rogers. Registration is not necessary, but marking attendance on Facebook will help with planning.
First time to Volunteer? Dress for getting dirty and possibly damp. Litter has been blown or washed into the trees and bushes, and long sleeves and closed toe shoes are recommended. Bags, gloves, trash grabbers, water and snacks will be provided!
