Ordinance 23-15, An Ordinance Redistricting City Wards passed on May 15, 2023. Rogers' growth was such that previous wards were no longer of substantially equal population. This action by the City Council redistricts the wards for projected population growth. View the current City Council Ward Map (PDF).
Arkansas State Code 14-43-311 addresses redistricting and states in part "The city council shall ensure that each ward has nearly an equal population as would best serve the interest of the people". The wards in Rogers were in need of redistricting for this reason.
