The following license information, by trade, is required in order to obtain a permit in the City of Rogers:
Arkansas State Contractors License – required for all residential projects over $2,000 and all commercial projects (includes building and all trades) over $50,000.
Arkansas Master Plumbing License – we require a master plumber license for any company pulling plumbing permits and the plumber must work for the company.
Arkansas Master Electrical License – we require a master electrician license for any company pulling electrical permits and the electrician must work for the company.
Arkansas Mechanical License – we require an Arkansas mechanical license for any company pulling mechanical permits.
Fire Sprinkler/Alarm License – we require a sprinkler and/or alarm license far any company pulling fire sprinkler/alarm permits.
General Liability Insurance – a copy of your General Liability COI
City Business License – current city business license from any city in the State of Arkansas, if you don’t have one you can obtain one from our office. If your business is located in Rogers then you must have a license with the City of Rogers.
