The Adult Wellness Center
Our Mission & Philosophy
The Adult Wellness Center (AWC) provides a wide variety of activities and classes to assist individuals 50 years of age and older to live healthier and more active lifestyles.
Through our ever changing programming, we help individuals actively age, improve quality of life, and achieve whole person wellness.
Membership Information
Individuals 50 years of age and older have access to the center and all of our amenities! Residency rates will be determined by the address on the individual’s Driver’s License. Check out our membership page to learn more about becoming a member.
- $50 per year for City of Rogers residents
- $60 per year for non-City of Rogers residents
Many of our activities, events, and classes are free for AWC members. Some classes do have additional fees associated. See the Adult Wellness Center Class and Activity Schedule (PDF) for upcoming classes, activities, events, and fee information.
Facility Features
Our 55,000 square-foot facility features:
- State-of-the-art fitness center with cardiovascular and strength training equipment
- Full-size gymnasium
- Wellness studio
- Billiards room
- Social wellness lounge
- Warm water therapy pool
- Activity pool
- Wellness garden
- Arts and crafts studio
- Demonstration kitchen
- Library with computer lab
- Multiple meeting, social, and educational rooms
The Adult Wellness Center is fully accessible for wheelchairs and follows the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and guidelines. The center has added additional handicap parking spaces to go above and beyond ADA recommendations. We offer a total of 16 handicap spaces and we have a large overhang in the front of the building to make drop off easy and convenient. The entire center is accessible. Both the center's swimming pools offer handicap accessible lifts. Accessible shower and changing stalls are also available as well as a caregiver bathroom.
