   Complete this form and submit. The City of Rogers requires a citizen holding a garage sale to post the Residential Garage Sale Permit at the sale location. Submit and print a copy to be kept at the location of the sale. You may also print the confirmation email for this purpose. Each household is allowed two (2) sales per year for a duration of no more than three consecutive days. All sale signs must be removed on the last day of the sale event.
