ON SITE MANAGEMENT

The City of Rogers encourages its residents to manage their yard waste using on-site techniques such as leaving grass clippings on your lawn, using mulching mowers to shred leaves on your lawn and creating a backyard composting pile. Composting and mulching saves limited landfill resources and improves plant health while helping retain soil moisture.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

Curbside pickup of yard waste is available from LRS.  To use this program, citizens must purchase brown paper yard waste bags for $2.43 each. Bags are available for purchase from the LRS office in Springdale.  These bags will be picked up curbside on your regular solid waste and recycling pickup day.  Please call LRS at 479-878-1384 to schedule pick-up for your filled yard waste bags.
